- Mark favorite contacts for quick access
The App operates primarily offline, storing data locally on your device for enhanced privacy and accessibility.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Account and Data
The App does not require user registration or account creation. All data you create and store within the App remains on your device and is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Backing up your data as needed
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you input
- Protecting your business card information from unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Pin Card Studio SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or business information
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pin Card Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your User Content
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App will immediately cease
- You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect
14. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, enhancements, or support for the App. You agree that we shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

18. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
